Muay Boran Seminar March 2009
A great session organised by T1 Muay thai with Silapa Muay Thai. The seminar was hosted and conducted by Kru Tony Moore of Sitsiam Camp and the Buddhai Swan Institute. It would be unfair not to mention by name Carl and Joel who performed the techniques superbly for us to copy.
